Every order ships with tracking. As soon as your order leaves the supplier's US warehouse, we email you a shipping confirmation with the carrier and tracking number.
How to check your order status
- From your email: open your order confirmation or shipping confirmation email and click View your order.
- From your account: sign in to your account to see all your orders and their status.
Typical delivery times (United States)
- Pet supplies: 3–8 business days
- Furniture: 6–15 business days
Orders with items from different suppliers may arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking number.
