We ship within the United States only
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery estimates begin after processing time and may vary based on your location and carrier conditions.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use it to monitor your package on the carrier's website. If you haven't received tracking info within 5 business days, please contact us.
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO) at this time. International shipping is not available.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@livorausa.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
