How do I place an order?
Browse our store, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other methods available at checkout.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After that, your order may already be processing. Contact us immediately at info@livorausa.com.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. Our store uses SSL encryption and all payments are processed through Shopify's secure payment gateway. We never store your credit card details.
Do you offer discounts or promo codes?
Yes! Sign up for our newsletter to receive exclusive offers. We also run seasonal promotions — follow us on social media to stay updated.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States only. All orders ship from US warehouses for faster delivery.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 5–10 business days. Expedited options (2–5 business days) may be available at checkout depending on your location.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use it to track your package directly on the carrier's website.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50. Shipping costs for smaller orders are calculated at checkout.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. See our Refund Policy for full details.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and approve your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
My item arrived damaged — what do I do?
We're sorry to hear that! Contact us at info@livorausa.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll make it right.

Do you restock sold-out items?
