We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we make it easy to return.
Request
Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
Ship Back
We'll provide return instructions. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
Refund
Once received and inspected, your refund is processed within 5–7 business days.
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In their original packaging
- Returned within 30 days of the delivery date

- Items that have been used or damaged after delivery
- Returns requested more than 30 days after delivery
- Digital or downloadable products
- Items marked as final sale
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the issue. We'll send a replacement at no extra charge or issue a full refund.
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return the original and place a new order. Refunds are processed as above once we receive your return.
