Bedding & Home Textiles
Quilts, bedspreads, sheets, throws, pillow covers, curtains and table linens ship directly from our partner's US warehouse:
- Free shipping on all orders to the contiguous United States, with no minimum order value.
- Orders to Alaska and Hawaii ship for a flat $10 and typically arrive in 5–8 business days.
- Orders are dispatched within 1 business day and usually arrive in 1–3 business days (up to 5 depending on location).
- If your order also contains other items, they may ship separately.
Furniture & Oversized Items
Furniture, seating, desks and tables ship directly from our supplier's US warehouse. These items are handled separately from the rest of our catalog:
- Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on the item and your address. The free shipping threshold does not apply to these items.
- If your order contains both furniture and standard items, they may arrive separately and on different dates.
- Larger items may be delivered by a freight carrier. Depending on the item, delivery is to the curb or front entrance, and the carrier may contact you to schedule a delivery window. Freight deliveries may take longer than the estimate above.
- Assembly is not included unless stated on the product page.
- Please inspect the packaging before the carrier leaves and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use it to monitor your package on the carrier's website. If you haven't received tracking info within 5 business days, please contact us.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO) at this time. International shipping is not available.
Damaged or Lost Items

How to Start a Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Contact us at info@livorausa.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Standard Items
For most items in our catalog, once your return is approved we'll email you the return address along with a prepaid shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Furniture & Oversized Items
Furniture, seating, desks, tables and other oversized items are shipped directly from our supplier's warehouse and are handled differently:
- Return shipping costs for these items are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or was shipped in error.
- Items must be returned unassembled and in their original packaging. Assembled or partially assembled items cannot be accepted.
- A restocking fee may apply. Any applicable fee will be confirmed in writing when your return is approved, before you ship the item back.
- Return shipping for oversized items may require a freight carrier and a scheduled pickup. We will arrange this with you once the return is approved.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us at info@livorausa.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll send a replacement at no extra charge or issue a full refund.
For furniture and oversized items, please inspect the packaging before the carrier leaves and photograph any visible damage to the box as well as the item.
Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return the original and place a new order. Your refund is processed as described below once we receive your return.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
